1. WELCOME & PLAN EXPLANATION
Slice To You is a personalized meal delivery program based on your nutritional needs, goals, and lifestyle. Once you complete our questionnaire, we match you with the right meal plan — typically 1000, 1500, or 2000 kcal per day — and customize it based on your preferences.
Your plan is reviewed by our in-house nutritionist, Kim. If you don’t have any major allergens or medical concerns, our operations team will implement a standard version aligned with your preferences. If anything requires special attention, Kim or Mark may follow up directly before finalizing.
We work on a weekly cycle. You’ll receive your draft plan by Thursday for the following week, giving you time to review it and give feedback before deliveries start on Monday.
2. CHANGES, SWAPS & PREFERENCES
Currently, meals are selected for you based on your nutritional profile and preferences. However, if you have specific requests — like avoiding certain ingredients or flavors — we can absolutely accommodate those.
We do our best to ensure variety. If that’s important to you, let us know and we’ll structure your weekly menus to reflect that.
Yes, just message us and we’ll update your profile to exclude it moving forward.
3. HEALTH & FUNCTIONAL NEEDS
Yes — every plan is reviewed by Kim, our nutritionist, especially if your questionnaire shows any dietary sensitivities or medical conditions.
Absolutely. We offer low FODMAP, dairy-free, fermented/probiotic-friendly options, and anti-inflammatory meal builds. Just let us know your goals.
Yes — but please mention any medications in your questionnaire. If anything needs special care, Kim will reach out before we finalize your plan.
Yes — we provide full macros (calories, protein, fat, carbs, fiber) for every dish.
4. ENERGY, EATING PATTERNS & CONTEXT
Yes — your plan can be timed and structured to support your energy levels with smart carb and protein distribution throughout the day.
Yes, we can include more protein or easily digestible meals around your workout window. Just note this in your preferences.
Yes — we have many grab-and-go and ready-to-eat options. You can specify if you prefer meals that are reheatable, ready cold, or freezer-friendly.
5. DELIVERY & STORAGE
We deliver weekly, usually on Sunday or Monday depending on your location. We’ll confirm your schedule when we finalize your plan.
We can use insulated packaging or coordinate a secure drop-off — just let us know what works best for you.
Yes — just give us at least 2 days’ notice before your scheduled delivery.
Most meals can be frozen — we can guide you on which ones store best.
6. PRICING & ADMIN
It depends on your calorie plan (1000, 1500, or 2000 kcal) and your delivery zone. Once we finalize your preferences, we’ll share a clear quote.
